Fried pork with onion sauce and boiled potatoes.

Wednesday 4 january:
Chicken Pesto with rice and tomato/garlic yogurt.
Chorizo Stew with potatoes.

Thursday 5 january:
Pork schnitzel with fried potatoes and caper butter.
Beef stew with boiled potatoes, pickled cucumbers.

Friday 6 january:
Breaded veal patties with clarified butter, peas and mashed potatoes.
Steamed cod with horseradish/dill mayonnaise.

Saturday 7 january:
Salmon with roasted root vegetables and hollandaise.

Sunday 8 january:
Pasta Bolognese with grated cheese.

BBQ Chicken with potato wedges and chilli aioli.
